Why does dispatch take 2-5 working days?
Orders usually leave within 2-5 working days. A dispatch email is sent after the parcel has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@786clothinguk.com as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.

How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. Read the product fit note first. Size up for overshirts or relaxed jersey if you want more room.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for online clothing selection and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

How long do I have?
28 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
