We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
Cost
Standard worldwide delivery is £4.95. Delivery is free on orders with a goods subtotal over £75.00. The subtotal is calculated before delivery charges and after any discount.
Dispatch time
Orders are picked from UK-held stock and prepared in small daily dispatch batches. Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days of payment clearing. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
Delivery time
After dispatch, UK addresses typically receive orders within 2 to 4 working days. International delivery times depend on the destination and its customs processing.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them.
Incorrect addresses
Check your delivery address before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will refund the goods but not the original delivery charge.
Missing parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, email support@786clothinguk.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
