All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). 786 FASHION LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Product availability
The range is stocked in compact online runs. A colour or size can sell through and may not return in the same batch. Dispatch takes 2-5 working days.

Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
